1. Returns & Right to Cancel
You have the right to return a product or cancel your order within 14 days from the date you receive your items. If tracking is unavailable, the delivery date is considered three working days after dispatch.
Free Returns are only available for order errors or damaged products.
How to Return an Item:
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact.
- Include the order confirmation inside the package.
- Use a registered or trackable postal service. In case of an order error or a damaged product, we will send you details on how to return the products.
Complete the Returns RMA Form before sending your return. If a return is sent without this form, processing may be delayed.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning items unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Refund Processing:
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within:
- 30 days for returns within Finland.
- 14 days for international returns.
If the item has been used, damaged, or is missing parts, we may deduct an amount from your refund.
2. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize. Please fill in the Returns RMA Form, and we will guide you on how to return the item.
- Faulty items must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
- Incorrect items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Replacements or refunds will be issued once the item has been received and inspected.
3. International Returns
Free Returns are only available for order errors or damaged products.
Important Notes for International Returns:
- Pack your item securely and include the order confirmation.
- Use a registered or trackable postal service. In case of an order error or a damaged product, we will send you details on how to return the products.
- Refunds will be issued in Euros (€). Exchange rates may affect the final amount received.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Items are missing original packaging or accessories.
