Omoi.fi specializes in anime, manga, and popular culture collectibles, primarily intended for collectors aged 14+.

Choking Hazard: Figures and accessories are not suitable for children under 3 years old. Customers are responsible for ensuring products are kept out of reach of young children. Omoi Oy is not liable for any misuse of its products.

2. Account Registration

Customers can register on Omoi.fi by completing the registration form and selecting a username and password.

• Registration is free.
• By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
• Omoi Oy reserves the right to cancel memberships if false or misleading information is provided or if there is any violation of these Terms.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all registration details are correct.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for all activity on their accounts.

• Login credentials must not be shared with third parties.
• Customers must use the website in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Any misuse may result in account termination.

5. Placing an Order

To order:

• Add items to the shopping basket.
• Enter shipping details and choose a delivery method.
• Review the total cost, including taxes and shipping fees.
• Proceed to secure checkout using the available payment methods.

Order Confirmation: After payment, you will receive an order acknowledgment email. This is not a contract or invoice—orders are only confirmed once payment is processed.

Minimum Age Requirement: Customers must be 18 years or older to place an order.

Order Cancellations: If stock is unavailable, we will inform you and issue a full refund (including shipping) within 14 days.

Uncollected Parcels: If a customer fails to collect a parcel from the post office or does not arrange redelivery, the postage cost is non-refundable.

Omoi Oy does not store credit card details.

10. Pre-Orders

Customers can pre-order upcoming products.

Two types of pre-orders:

1. 3-6 weeks dispatch
2. Extended pre-orders with estimated arrival dates

Pre-Order Cancellations:

Cancellations may result in loss of pre-order privileges.

Self-Assembly & Product Damage

Some products require self-assembly. Omoi Oy is not liable for any damage caused due to incorrect assembly.

• We strive for accurate images & descriptions, but minor variations may occur due to screen settings and photography limitations.
• If an error in pricing, description, or stock availability is found, customers will be notified and given the option to proceed or cancel the order.

Currency & Pricing

Prices are displayed in Euros (€) only. Customers are responsible for checking exchange rates before making purchases.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All transactions on Omoi.fi are governed by Finnish Law.

• Any legal disputes will be handled in Kouvola Municipal Court, Finland.
• Omoi Oy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
